What’s a snail mail club?

A snail mail club is a monthly subscription where members receive a thoughtfully curated package delivered straight to their mailbox — real letters and creative goodies you can actually hold in your hands. Unlike a digital newsletter that gets buried in your inbox, it’s something tangible to look forward to every month, arriving right at your door.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Your Paper Post delivers a personal letter, journal prompts, and intentional art — a gentle, tangible reminder that the life you want is worth working toward. Every mailer is built to move you one step closer.

What if I change my address or need to cancel?

Life happens, and we get it! You can update your address or cancel your subscription at any time — just email us at info@yourpaperpost.com and we’ll take care of the rest. Just be sure to reach out before the 15th of the month so we can make any changes before your next mailer goes out.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

When do I get my letter?

Your Paper Post goes out on the 15th of every month. U.S. members can expect their mailer to arrive within 3 to 8 days, and international members within 2 to 6 weeks.

Part of the beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and the anticipation — but if something ever feels off, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What if I didn't get my letter?

If your mailer doesn’t arrive, just email us at info@yourpaperpost.com and we’ll make it right!

Sometimes letters find their way back to us — when that happens, we wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns before resending. If a letter goes missing, we’ll also reach out to USPS on your behalf. And if all else fails, you’ll receive a full refund for that month.

One thing to keep in mind: if you subscribe before the 15th, you’ll receive that month’s mailer. If you subscribe after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What countries do we ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide — the only exceptions are countries on the U.S. sanctions list or those restricted by USPS.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
